Shipping Policy

JHBiosciences understands that reliable, rapid logistics are crucial for laboratory research planning. All of our research-grade peptides are stored in climate-controlled environments and packed securely to ensure optimal stability during transit across the United States.
1. Daily Fulfillment Cut-Off and Processing Timelines
Same-Day Shipping: Orders successfully authorized and completed before 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) are processed, packed, and shipped out on the same business day.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders completed after 12:00 PM PST will be carefully prepared and dispatched on the following business day.
2. Expedited Shipping Methods (FedEx 2-Day Service)
To protect compound integrity and minimize transport durations, our default domestic shipping method is FedEx 2-Day Express Service.
Once your package has been compiled and scanned by the courier, a secure tracking number will be automatically delivered to your registered email address, allowing real-time tracking of the shipment.
Domestic Focus
We currently only offer shipping services within the United States. International shipping configurations are not supported at this time.
3. Standard Business Operations Grid
Our logistics department and courier dispatch networks run strictly on standard business days—Monday through Friday.
We do not process, pack, or ship orders on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on officially recognized national and statutory holidays.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout represent courier business days and do not include weekend pauses.
4. Courier Delays and Mitigating Circumstances
While our fulfillment desk guarantees prompt processing, JHBiosciences is not legally responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors once the package is under the jurisdiction of the courier. Delays resulting from severe regional weather conditions, mechanical issues within the FedEx network, or unexpected traffic bottlenecks are beyond our control. All tracking inquiries post-dispatch should be monitored through official tracking tools provided by the carrier.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day via FedEx 2-Day service.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
