Force Majeure: Timelines may fluctuate due to FedEx operational constraints, severe weather patterns, customs delays, or regional force majeure events. JHBiosciences is not legally liable for shipping delays beyond our operational control. Once a package is accepted by FedEx, the legal title and risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer.
5. Financial Terms and Sales Tax Calculation
