Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to laboratory safety protocols and compliance regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or chemical variance claims on any peptides or compounds once they have left our climate-controlled fulfillment facility. We cannot verify the storage conditions of products once dispatched; therefore, returned items cannot be restocked or re-assayed.

2. Order Preservation and Documentation

To protect both parties and ensure complete accuracy, every order undergoes a strict verification process. Our fulfillment team carefully inspects and documents each shipment with high-resolution photographs prior to sealing and handing over to the courier. This ensures that the contents, batch numbers, and vial integrity are fully verified before transit.

3. Damaged or Compromised Dispatches

If your shipment arrives physically damaged or structurally compromised, you must report the issue to our compliance support team within forty-eight (48) hours of recorded delivery.

Please email your claim along with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and vials to: support@palegreen-moose-906526.hostingersite.com.

Upon verification by our logistics team, an immediate replacement dispatch for the compromised items will be issued at no additional cost to you.

4. Lost Shipments & Courier Liability

We utilize FedEx for secure and expedited transportation. Logistics liability is handled as follows:

Confirmed Lost by Courier: If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit by FedEx, or tracking data shows a prolonged non-delivery status beyond standard timelines, JHBiosciences will reship the order completely free of charge.

Marked as Delivered: If the FedEx tracking protocol designates the package as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided during checkout, our contractual obligation is fulfilled. JHBiosciences is not liable for package theft, missing items after delivery, or drop-off discrepancies. No replacements or refunds will be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Due to the sensitive nature of research products and the potential for product degradation, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptides once they have left our facility.
We carefully document each order with photos prior to shipment to ensure accuracy, verify condition, and protect both parties.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@palegreen-moose-906526.hostingersite.com within 48 hours of delivery for further instructions.
In verified cases, a replacement will be issued. If a shipment is confirmed lost by FedEx and the tracking shows a non-delivery, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
If the tracking shows the package as delivered, our obligation is considered fulfilled, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
